Z-san explains: "The word Nan in India means a kinds of bread, and in Japanese it means 'what'. So I make a pun 'これはナンですか?' which can mean 'Is this Nan-bread?' or 'What is this?' A-san turns the tables on me though replying 'No, it's not Nan. It's Itsu' or 'No, it's not What, it's When' "
