Z-san explains: "There is a Japanese kids' joke where one kid tells another to say "Piza" (pizza) many times fast, and then points to their elbow, asking the other kid to quickly identify it. The Japanese word for elbow is "hiji" and the Japanese word for knee is "hiza". Hiza sounds like piza, so the second kid will often mis-name elbow, saying "hiza" by mistake. In this case, elbow was correctly identified, ruining the joke..."
